We are fiber artists ... who just happen to raise our own materials!
Romney Sheep produce lovely , fluffy, soft fleeces that we shear off in the spring and process here on our farm. It is a privilege to raise these amazing creatures who provide us with raw materials that we magically turn into wearable garments that protect us from the weather and keep us looking fashionable!
When we have lambs in season we offer programs that include these special guests! We also offer programs to educate guests on the step by step process from the animal to the garment.
We also offer classes on spinning sheep wool into your own yarn!
There is so much you can learn from raising sheep, we are exited to share all the tips and tricks with you!
Goats have earned their keep on our farm for their delicious creamy milk we drink, bake with and make hand crafted soaps and lotions to nourish the skin! We also have a few fiber producing angora goats that are happy to provide shimmery mohair for us to craft with! Many of our goats have attended community events and educational programs!
A handful of our goats are trained as pack animals and attend our goat hike events open to the public. It is on occasion that we have kids available.

There is nothing cuter than chicks and ducklings! We hatch out our own flocks and have been really successful with pasture raising them in portable "tractors". We raise turkeys, Pekin, Campbell and Muscovy ducks, as well as various chickens for meat and eggs.
We process our own poultry and enjoy fresh, humanely raised meat from backyard to the bbq!
We raise Coturnix Quail to supply our family with powerfully nutritious eggs. The quail are fantastic layers and mature quickly... making raising them efficient for our large family. They are very neat to raise and enjoy weeds like chickweed and dandelions when available. Males have BIG characters and are really fun to watch parade around with silly antics!
Many people know our bunnies through our educational programming! We raise 4 breeds of angora rabbits for luxurious fibers we hand spin on spinning wheels, making beautiful yarn for garments! We also raise various meat breed rabbits to help supplement our families meals. Rabbit manure is used on our gardens and in our compost. Pelts are also tanned here for various purposes.
We have several trained Rabbit Animal Ambassadors that help us teach our programs at schools, colleges and community events and parties! You may have even seen them at a Reading with Rabbits Program!
From time to time we have rabbits available. Please follow our Facebook page for updates and availability.
