We require both a signed contract and full payment in advance to confirm and reserve all event bookings. This policy protects our schedule and guarantees that your event is fully secured.
We do not hold dates without payment and signed contract, and we do not work with organizations that operate on a “pay upon receipt” basis or are unwilling to sign our service agreement.
