Angora Rabbit Wool

Over ten years ago our small family ( at the time only 2 kids) visited the PA Farm Show in Harrisburg PA. We walked through the vendors and our oldest child stopped to watch a woman sitting with a fuzzy bunny in her lap spinning bunny hair right onto her spinning wheel. That was it, our 5 yr old child was bitten by the fiber bug... we kept fueling that passion and she kept growing her interest, like jumping in with BOTH feet! We owned goats and sheep and eventually bought her first angora rabbit, a satin angora. Its all a bit of a blur after that! Now we are raising 4 different breeds of angora rabbit to humanely harvest their fiber. We raise German, French, English and Satin Angora rabbits as well as a few other non angora rabbits. Fiber bunnies are VERY labor intensive but very much a part of our homestead, just look at the beautiful, warm, soft fiber they give us. 

We offer raw angora fiber, directly from the rabbit. Its very clean as we maintain rabbits coats almost constantly.

Aside from angora rabbit fiber we have romney sheep wool and angora goat mohair.
